Word Ladder Daily Privacy Policy

Word Ladder Daily does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs.

The app does not require an account and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Puzzle progress, settings, streaks, and pack completion are stored locally on your device.

When Apple iCloud is available for your device and Apple ID, progress may sync through Apple's iCloud infrastructure so your play state can follow your Apple devices.

Optional puzzle packs are handled through Apple StoreKit as non-consumable in-app purchases.

Apple processes App Store transactions, purchase history, refunds, and payment details. Word Ladder Daily receives entitlement information needed to unlock purchased packs.

If you email Photon Concepts for support, we receive the email address you use and any details you choose to include, such as device model, iOS version, screenshots, or a description of the issue.

Support emails are used only to respond to your request and improve the app.

Word Ladder Daily is a word puzzle app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has sent personal information in a support request, contact us and we will delete it.

If the app changes in a way that affects privacy, this policy will be updated before those changes are represented in the App Store or on this website.
